ntr- Do you keep something on your door year-round?

Since we've moved into the new house, I've always had something on the door. We had a 4th of July "Home Sweet Home" sign, a Halloween orange and purple tutu wreath, a birthday balloon wreath, a fall wreath, then a Christmas wreath (that I miss already).

I want to put something up, but I'm not sure what. Mardi Gras season has started here, but I was hoping to wait a while because the season is really long this year- not until March.

What do you have up "between seasons"?
