I was down 3.6 as of Friday morning, but AF is now here, so I'm sure the number would be different (read: less) today. This was just with me cutting out the holiday crap eating. Let's see what happens when I add exercise this week.
1.5lbs - not sure if that counts because I lost it with the stomach bug. I'm sure I'll gain it back quickly. Haven't started the exercise yet, but I am doing well with drinking water and cutting down portion sizes. It's making healthy choices that I need to work on. I have a hard time substituting baby carrots for chips, and the cookie dough in the fridge forced it's way on me this morning.
I just got my scale on Friday, so I just got a starting weight. I'm about 2 pounds less than when I last had a checkup, but since it's a different scale I can't really count that.
I did finally get off my lazy behind and work out yesterday, so that's something.

I lost 2.3 pounds. I limited carbs but didn't go all wacky Atkins or anything. I'm starting 30DS tomorrow with a group on the Health & Exercise board...the check-in post is over there if anyone wants to join in!
I generally weigh in on Thurs/Fri, so I decided to do my loss/weigh in today based on the difference between my Friday weigh in and today to get me on a Sunday schedule for the check in.

I haven't been to a WW meeting in a few weeks either and that makes me sad. They have started a new program and I need to dive into it.
