Is anyone else ringing in the New Year..

with just your LO and DH? I am, and I'm actually very excited (even though DS will be asleep by then). :)

We got invited to a party tonight, but my DH works until 9:30pm, and then I couldn't find a sitter. That's alright.. just me and my two boys tonight!

    Yep. My dad lives with us, so he'll be here, too. DH and I are both sick with colds, so we're going to keep it low key- maybe rent a movie or just watch TV.

    2 of my good friends are coming over and our big plans include making popcorn and playing Apples to Apples. I even convinced DH to play by whining about how it's no fun with only 3 people :)

    DD will be going to bed at 7:30 and it's just me an DH and we're so okay with that.  We were invited to a couple of parties, but I'm just not feeling like (A) being the DD or (B) staying up super late.  Once DD goes to bed, we're getting take-out and watching movies.  Can't wait!

    Me too. We planned to go to dinner but the 'breaking the paci habit' isn't going well so we cancelled our reservations. Ugh!
