How often do you change the sheets on your bed?

It used to be every week and a half or 2 weeks but since being preg I have an developed a strange aversion to non freshly washed sheets and do it at the least 1 time a week. It is such a pain in the butt to change since we have a king sized bed, duvet cover and about 10 pillows on our bed. Wondering what everyone else's routine is...

Always 2X a month. More when DH plays hockey (he sweats more when he is in good shape) or we are sick, which is all the time now, at least once a week.

I do Carter's 1-2x a week, he sweats like crazy. Ours is usually 1x every 2 weeks.

Usually once a week, on Sundays. I don't wash the duvet every week, though, just when I feel like it. I'm not as good about changing the kids' sheets...I know that is bad!

Whenever we remember, which is usually every 2 weeks. Both girls only spend the first half of the night in their beds, so I don't wash their sheets as often.

Anywhere from 2-4 times/month as needed. Just depends if I've been home or working a string of night shifts, if kids have gotten crumbs in our bed, if the the dog got in our room and got the sheets all hairy, etc.

Every Sunday I was all the sheets. If I had more than one set of sheets, I'd do it twice a week. I just sleep better on fresh, crisp, clean sheets.

Every couple of days. DS is still pretty little and he spits up/drools in our bed when we bring him into it at 6am-ish. He also nurses laying down at this time most mornings and can be pretty sloppy about it. There is often a wet spot under my boob from escaped milk.

We do so much darn laundry with DS anyway it's not too bad.
