We just had our anatomy scan at almost 18 weeks and the ultrasound tech didn't want to make a guess, but this looks like a boy to me.
What do you think?

That's what I said! I thought the tech was kidding when she said she didn't want to make a guess. I was like, "Are you seeing what I'm seeing?"
Pretty sure that's a boy.
She said it was because "he" wouldn't open his legs and show her the scrotum. She said it could be a swollen girl. Hmm! I don't think so!
Thank you! We're so excited! We would have been equally excited for a girl, but just knowing who's been bouncing around in there is so awesome.
Those are definitely boy parts my gender sono looked completely different than that and I am pregnant with a girl. Congrats!!!!
She thought that could be a swollen girl!? Um I could see if she were worried that it was the umbilical cord, but not that it was swollen girl parts. I wonder how long she's been an US tech, or if she recently got one wrong.

Looks boy to me!
I had u/s at 18 weeks to determine gender with both LOs. We got very clear shots both times that were very definite. My dd is quite certain as shes 2 and little baking LO were 2nd checked at my 21 week u/s. I think at 18 weeks its a pretty safe guess.
Yeah, we went to a place recommended last by our midwife. It was the only place we could get an appointment before the end of December. We won't be back there!
