This is taken to incrase suPply right? How much do I take? How often? How much is it? How long does a bottle last? Where is it found at whole foods?

    Don't remember the dosing instructions, but it's found in the vitamin section of Whole Foods. It's expensive and tastes NASTY, but it truly and immediately works!

    the dosage is listed on the bottle. I mixed it with a tiny bit of OJ...you are supposed to take it on an empty tummy...but like PP said...it is GROSS....but WORKS!!!

    The one I have is "Mothers Lactation Tonic" by Herb Farm and it's only 40 drops (2 squeezes) in a shot of water 3 times a day. So easy. I got it at a local organic co-op market and another friend of mine also reccomends it.
