I would also avoid a middle name starting with a C...FCK doesn't look great to me...otherwise you're fine!

Middle initial U would definitely be a problem, but I'd also stray away from 'O' and 'A', just in case. Most people won't notice though.

You know, I have a friend whose initials are FK. We even call him FK on paper, and I've never once thought of F***k. So, I think you're fine.
