William was my grandpa's name and Grace was his grandma's name. My husband's father passed away 20+years ago and his name was Elymer (we wouldn't do that to one of our kids) but people called him "Al" so Alexander or Alexis is kinda after him.
I have always loved the name Avi for a girl so we had originally wanted to name a girl Avi Lynn. But now we have decided to combine the two and came up with Avilynn Rehgan to be our girls name. For a boy I think we are settled on Bentley Jace, although I still really like Jace Ryan. So we shall see.

Girl ~ Rachel Robin (Rachel is the name of my parents first daughter who died when she was 2 of meningitis. Her middle name was Elizabeth, but my other sister named her daughter Elizabeth after our sister. So we were thinking Robin, because that is my mother in laws name and Rachel Robin has a fun ring to it...)
Boy~ Derrick Eli (Derrick is the name of a great man who was a leader in my husbands church he went to when he was younger. Derrick was an outstanding man who loved his family and everyone and woud lay down his life, truely for anyone. Justin, my husband, wanted the middle name "Lee" but I don't like that name because I know so many people with that name for 1st and middle... so we decided Eli who was a high priest in the bible.)
Find names that are meaingful and you will love them all the more!
my DH is the most difficult person in the world.. a lot of you already have middle names picked out, that wasn't picked out for DS until like the day he was born! and he ONLY wants irish names (i'm italian/german/greek) so it's really difficult.
DS is Declan Patrick
fpr this baby, I REALLLLLY want Reagan for a girl, as far as boys go, I like Kieran, Kian (key-in), Cormic, Rory.. i'm sure there are a few more. he only wants Seamus for a boy but so many people hate it, I just can't use it
I also like Ava (DH can't get used to it, whatever that means), Alexis, Olivia and Grace. I love Jack for a boy. I'm having problems finding the perfect middle name, but I'm sure that will come sooner or later.
My grandmother is Louise and Kaye was a daughter DH's grandparents lost in childbirth. We know Wilde is a little out there, but we have loved it for 2 years now and aren't turning back. It also goes really well with our last name. Robert is both our grandfather's name.
Other names we really like: Audrey, Emilia, Lila, Bailey and Turner, Ryder, Asher, Bailey
Maggie or Henry are the top condensers. I also like Emilie.
I love all of those names, too, but I just had to laugh a little - My two best friends are Emily and Jen. Emily's dog's name is Henry, and Jen's dog's name is Maggie.
Not that that means they aren't awesome child names. They are!
