I seriously feel like my ribas are going to bust. This kid sits in my right ribcage all day. I swear he might be trying to dig a tunnel to China through my ribs. I sit at work all day which doesn't help...Anyone had any success moving your baby to another spot? Haha.
Doing a breathing exercise helps me. I get down on my hands and knees and during an inhale, I let my belly drop and look up . When I exhale, I arch my back and look down.

I've got nothin for ya other than to push back! LO likes to dig his feet into my side/ribs... I sat on the couch with my fist in my side to keep him out last night! Ugh!
I just push on his feet and that seems to work if only temporarily. My childbirth instructor suggested putting headphones at the bottom of your belly to see if the baby will "swim" towards the music but I can't say I've tried it.

Dromedary droop exercises help also.
