Birthing class??

What is the most useful thing you learned during birthing classes?  my hubby and I cannot fit it into our schedule so I am trying to collect advice!!

    DH and I did not take a class.  I spent a lot of time on www.babycenter.com they have some great info.

    The most useful were the different positions that I can use for delivery.  There are several positions that you can deliver in based on your comfort level.  Where are you delivering?  If you are going to North Memorial, they have a book with all the information that you can pick up.
