sling, I use a hotsling, and I LOOVE it. I have one shoulder that has practically no joint left, and my sling actually puts less pressure on it (wearing it over that shoulder) than my Snugli. haven't touched my snugli since I bought the sling. DS just looks more comfortable and supported in it, in every position I've had him in.
I got a moby and a baby hawk carrier yesterday. Haven't used them very much since I just got them. I like them both so far. Have the Avent bottle warmer and I hate it! It takes 4-5 min to warm and in the middle of the night that's too damn long.
Instead of a bottle warmer we just use bottled water or filtered water at room temperature. If he doesn't start out with it warm, he won't want it that way and it takes less than 30 seconds to make a bottle. Trust me, when he's crying, 5 minutes is a long time to wait for a bottle warmer!

Love our Infantino sling, it was a life saver.
Bottle warmer? Ours was a cup of hot water.
We loved both our peanut shell and karma baby slings.
no bottle warmer though (pot of water)?
