Painfully Sore

So my breasts are occaisionally sore but my nipples are so sore that it's beyond sore and into the realm of 'rather painful'. Is this normal? I'm 13 weeks today so I'm just into my 2nd trimester.

    Mine are way less sore when I lotion them up after my shower. It doesn't help completely but I noticed they were getting really dry and it made the soreness worse. I think it's normal for your nips to be sore for the duration of the pg.

    Yep, like the pp said, try lotion. I also keep a bra or sports bra on at all times, it seems to help.
