Bikini waxes

Anyone get these at this point?  I'm due in 8 weeks and am thinking of getting one or two before labor and delivery.  I feel like such a mess - I think I will feel better about the whole thing if I know I don't look as bad as I feel.  And I can't even see below my belly so there's no way I can shave myself.

    I've debated it but haven't done it yet.  They're so painful when I'm not pregnant and I've heard it's worse when you're pregnant because of blood flow.  Sorry, guess I'm no help :)

    The last time that I got one was around March and it hurt like hell. I think part of it had to do with the person who did it which wasn't my normal girl or it could have been from the increased blood flow down there. Luckily DH is a barber on the side so I had him trim me up at home with personal clippers. But just my luck now I have two damn ingrown hair bumps that hurt like hell. All of this bc I didn't want to look like a 70s porn star during delivery. lol

    I'm 36 weeks and I've gotten them all throughout my pg. In my case, I was fine up until this last time and there was one area that she waxed and it hurt like a SOB. She actually had to take a break for a couple of minutes so I could catch my breath. Other than that, I've had no issues at all.

    I got one done at 32 weeks- and NEVER again!!  It hurt like a SOB!!  I will not be doing it again.

    I'll be getting one before LO arrives. Last year I tried shaving/trimming, and it was frustrating cuz I couldn't see what was going on so this year, bikini wax! I'm having a scheduled c/s so the week leading up to it will include a bikini wax, mani/pedi, haircut and eyebrow wax. Routine maintenance helps me feel better when I'm all big and uncomfortable.

    ive gotten brazilians all through out the preg, i have to say they were all fine for me but at 38 and a half weeks that one was more painful than im used to.... bearable tho i figured it was mild compared to what the natural birth will probably feel like haha

    I've been getting them done and it is much more painful but I still think its worth it, so I take the pain.  Good Luck!

    I've been getting Brazilian waxes my entire pregnancy and will have my last one at 36 weeks.  I just had one last Friday and it was the first one that hurt more than previous ones.  I don't find them to be incredibly painful and I'm a huge wimp, so I'm a big advocate!  So much easier to just get it done and not worry about dealing with shaving.
