NBR: How long to cook pork roast in crock pot

I have a bonless pork roast in the crock pot on low, and I have no clue how long to cook it. My meat thremometer died so I cant check temp. Its about 2 1/2 lbs of meat. Im thinking 10 hours? Does that sound right?

Yeah, I'd say between 8 and 10.

I would say 8 hours should be fine. You may want to try crock pots site if you don't still have your manual and they may have it listed there.

10 hours should be fine. I ususally put mine in the night before. But that's only because it's easier than doing in the morning before work.

If it is on low I would say 8-10 hours. I hardly ever use my meat therm. but pot roast should pull apart easily with a fork when fully cooked. Sounds good! I might make some tomorrow!

At least 4 hours on high, 8 on low. I make pork all the time. Mmmmm
