  That's exactly what's bugging me about it too. I like our other options so much more - they're more "older," classic kind of names. I don't know. I don't hate it though...

  The only Morgan I ever knew was a raging b!tch, so I dislike it by association.  I also think it's really harsh-sounding and not pretty enough for a girl.  I guess if you go with it, pair it with a feminine middle name (Jane is nice)

  I know several morgan's...all in their 20's. So it was def. a popular 80's name. I don't like it personally.

  I really don't like the name Morgan.  It's just not feminine enough for my liking.

  I don't mind it. But if you are unsure about Morgan, how about Megan? That's similar and would go fine with your other DD's name. (FWIW I think Morgan sounds okay with your DD's name though.)

  When I was pg with my son Morgan was our girl name. I love it. I read somewhere it means "of the Sea" which I think is beautiful ;-)
