  Babies can get erections just like men. Sometimes it does happen when they have to pee, sometimes not.

  oh it does okay...i hadnt put 2 and 2 together i guess, ive only gotten peed on twice in 5 weeks!

  Its a baby erection.  My pedi says its caused having to pee and the stimulation of rubbing against the diaper.

  Yup...whenever it's up I usually take extra precautions to cover it up quickly!  When DS is in the bath and pees I usually get a warning because it will stand up right before he does it, haha.
