I always think of people I know with names. I know a Marcy and she's NOT nice. So, for me, personally, no.

I had a friend in high school named Marcy. It's the only time I have heard that name in real life. She was one of my absolute favorite people and I think the name can be perfect for the right person.

Very good point. I don't like Marcy as is, but especially not in this context.

It's not an over popular name so I like that. It was teh name of my Cabbage Patch Kid. That was the only "person" I ever knew named Marcy. Smile

I don't like it. For some reason I can only think of a gross middle aged woman smoking a cigarette. I don't know why.
