Mucus Plug???

So last night I had some brown/red mucus-y stuff come out and I got a little freaked out.....I was reading online that the mucus plug can come out all in one shot or it can come out slowly over days/weeks indicating labor is on its way.....anyone else experience this??????

with DD i lost mine in pieces over about a week. i was induced a month later. oh yeah...MPs can regenerate too.

Yeah, it can come out in bits. It happened to me too. Just a few little bits of "something" when I wiped after going to the bathroom. (TMI?) It's normal, although a little unsettling.

I had PTcontrax. and started losing mine btwn 29wks-32wks then it grew back as super glue b/c I've YET to lose anything else.
