Is anyone else just going to rock a bikini while pregnant? I really cannot talk myself into a tankini, I just think it is really unflattering on me.
My friend wore a bikini while pregnant a few years ago, and she had her baby in August so she had a good sized belly all summer. She looked adorable and I figure I'll just follow in her footsteps.

I bought my first tankini (athleta.com) and it's super cute. I plan on getting a couple more. I live on the lake, so I'm in a bathing suit all summer.
I couldn't wear a bikini and rock the pregnant belly. I don't think it's attractive, but that's just my take on it. Some people can do it. I'm just not one of them.
Yay! P.S. I'm old too
I'm not sure at this point.
I doubt my old binkni top will fit anymore since my boobs have grown a size or two. I haven't even attempted to try it on yet!
I don't think I'll really be in a bathing suit until late August when we go down to Southern CA for a family vacation with DH's parents. So once it gets close to August I'm going to see how I feel/look and go shopping and see what fits me.
But I'm not opposed to getting a bikini and possibly a cover-up to wear over it since most of our beach vacation is sitting in a stadium watching volleyball all day. I want to try to my sun exposure as well.
This. But I see nothing wrong with showing off the belly, I've seen other pregnant women wear them and I think it's cute!
Haha here here sister! I'm the same way.
I would totally wear a bikini if I could find one that would hold up my boobs. Those maternity tankinis drive me crazy when I'm swimming bc all the extra material floats around and then clings to me and it's just BLECH. I think a all bumps are adorale and don't see anything wrong with showing it off at the beach.
My huge thighs on the other hand, don't look cute in anything. Luckily the only real bathsuit required activity we do is boating, where I don't have to be around strangers anyways.
