Rec your best supply upping beer...

I have been trying Guiness...anyone found a better dark beer?  Thanks!

    I'm not a big fan of dark beers.  I tried some of the Bud Select 55 this weekend.  It tasted really good (first alcohol in more than a year)...but I'm not sure if it did anything.   

    I put brewers yeast in my oatmeal this morning and had beer-flavored oatmeal.  It was a little odd for breakfast.  Maybe tomorrow I'll add more cinnamon.

    I thought this was a myth?  I think it's just the extra fluid that helps.  Drink more water, that will help your supply

    maybe it's a myth, but i love beer so upping supply is excuse enough for me.

    here's a list of beer advocates' top beers -- the great lakes blackout stout and bell's bourbon barrel aged are excellent.
