Do breast enlargement pills work?

I breastfed for 13 months and through the whole process I lost a lot of weight.  Now my boobs are smaller than before I got pregnant.  Is there a natural way to make my boobs bigger?  I know there are pills for this, but does anyone know if they really work?

    I tried themwhile in college (about 10 years ago) and they did crap for me. I was really hoping every morn that I would wake up with some boobs. Then again that was 10 years ago. They could be different now. If you find some hit me up!! lol

    I think they work just as well as the 'make me skinny overnight' pill, the 'find me a rich doctor husband' pill, and the 'win me a lottery tomorrow' pill.

    You would have more luck just chanting "You must...you must...you must increase your bust" than with breast enlargement pills.
