Need labor dust please!

I had my second internal yesterday and was 4 cm and 70% effaced. All afternoon and evening I had contractions, but nothing super strong. Then around 11:00 everything just stopped and nothing since then! I really thought things were progressing and now I'm frustrated that it seems to have halted. So, I'm asking for labor dust because I'm ready and anxious to meet my little boy! TIA!
