My 1 month old has thrown up the past 3 days after the same morning feeding. I burp her just as long as I do after every other feeding and she does burp. Anyone have any ideas as to why?

is she eating too fast because she is hungry? and is it only that one feeding?

she doesnt seem to be eating too fast or differently from other feedings and yes only that feeding.
