DH and I were talking about Twins names the other day (runs in our family so there is a chance)
If we have a boy and girl we are gonna name them Bonnie and Clyde.. I know people are gonna be like really? But I want our kids to be different. Plus his grandpa's name is Clyde so it would be like a tribute to him and Bonnie just goes well with it lol.
In all seriousness we will probably name our kids that if we have twin boy/girl, but I doubt it will be their first names, probably their MNs.

Seriously, I don't know why people give their multiples names that are so similar. I swear that half the time, I end up saying "Chevelyn!" because I get tongue-tied with two totally different names.

The worst twin names that I heard was posted on here a couple of days ago:
Nevaeh and Heaven
This is pretty bad. It's on the SSA top twin names for girls!
My DH's aunts are Jean and Jane - they are nice names apart, but SOOO confusing as twin names! It's just the same letters moved around.
If I were to have twins, I would give them names of the same style, but avoid rhyme, same first letter and anything else that makes them look matchy. Something like Charlotte and Josephine.
DS 12/18/2011 DD 8/28/2014 DD 5/24/2016, stillborn at 40 weeks

on House of Payne the twin babies' names are Hayden and Jayden.. I like Hayden but those 2 together are way too confusing and I don't know which one is the Girl's name and which is the Boy's since both of them are Unisex names.

I interviewed a Heaven and Nevaeh at the Miley Cyrus concert in November. (I also scored a Braevereigh at the same concert. Yes, that's pronounced Bravery.
I encountered triplets on a shuttle bus. Harley, Hadley and Hayley.
I don't think I can pull anything worse out of thin air.
If we had twins, I'd name them: G/G, Marianna Aurora Rose and Julianna Allessandra Marie; B/B, William Michael Dirk and Julian Samuel Paul; B/G, Marianna and William.
Triplets? Some combination of the above, with the extra girl name of Francesca Agatha Lorelei and Matheson Anthony Dane.
Ooh, without reading the replies, mine is Charlotte & Scarlett.
DD is named one, and a friend just named her DD#2 the other. I LOVE both names, but it would be ridiculous to have them both, and even sillier as twins! Can't wait to see the replies. I have high hopes that you all have more interesting replies than Jayden/Braydon/Aidan.
The only twins I have encountered had great names that weren't matchy at all. One set was Kathleen (Katy) and Andrew (A.J.); the other was Lorena (Lori) and Nicole (Nikki). They all had their own names and it was never confusing trying to get one's attention.
If I had twins, I would name them : G/G Danielle Mackenzie and Meredith Alexandria; B/B Dylan Michael and Hunter Evan; or B/G Dylan Michael and Danielle Mackenzie.
The B/G pairing I would be hesitant about because they both would have the same initials, but I really love both of those names and they're both my #1 picks for either gender, so I would probably go with it anyway.

Known triplets (nicknames): Ben, Alex, Theo. Good names, not too matchy. Two thumbs up. At the time I thought they should have traded in Theo for a C boys name just to have an A B and C but since my favorite boy name was probably on thier list- I'm glad they didn't.
We've talked twins since fertility treatments means they're a higher possibility. Elisabeth and Christopher are our top G/B names with Gwendolyn (Maybe Guenevere) and William as the runner ups. No matchy matchy for us- we'll just go with whatever is highest up on the list.

Dum spiro, spero. ?SAIF/PAIF/PgAL/PAL always welcome?
As a mother of twins I would never ever do that matchy name crap! It is bad enough they are refer to as "the twins"! Give them there own names nothing a like! So my twins are Preston Perry and Jordana Kathleen. Perry is my brother who past away and Kathleen is my grandmother who past away. We also have a new little guy Brady Robert, Robert is my grandfather who past away, my mother is Robin, and my uncles middle name!
The worst twins i have ever heard IRL were Sara and Rara (it is pronouced RAH RA), Vicky & Vic, Ron & Don!!!!!!!! Oh wait i went to school with Christine and Christopher. And they both wanted to be called Chris!!!!!!!!!!

I actually like alliteration and similar endings. If I had twin boys, I would love to name them either Santiago and Salvador or Santiago and Rodrigo.
DH doesn't like the name Salvador very much, though, so the second set is more realistic (especially since Rodrigo was our #3 choice boy name when I was pg with DD).
If I didn't have to consider DH's opinion (though he says he likes these now) our twin girls would be Ainsley Morgan and Allison Meredith. It's complete coincidence that my two favorite name combos have the same initials. But I'm sure it would draw some eye rolls.
The worst triplet names I've ever heard of were Milli, Candy, and Holly... last name Graham. They were on an episode of MTV's Real Life.
Re: Imaginary twins/triplets poll
The worst twin names I know of IRL are friends of DH's from high school:
Jennifer and her twin brother, Johnnifer. DH said he refused to go by "John"
(EDIT: I just realized you said "Imaginary", sorry! Sadly, J&J are real)
DH's mom works at a school with twin girls named Mercedes and Lexus...
that would obviously be filed under the "worst" twin names
Hmm...since this one is Brayden Michael...if we had twins next, we would *tentatively* name them:
Boys: Noah Jacob & Liam James
Girls: Natalie Brielle & Madalyn Leigh
Boy & Girl: Noah Jacob and Madalyn Leigh
Horrible twin names: anything that is matchy matchy...like...
Hank and Frank
Heaven and Nevaeh
Lilly and Billy
Lillian and Jillian
Haley and Bailey
I'm waiting for someone to name their kids Paisley and Argyle. Just you watch!
If I were to go on the matchy-matchy side, I would probably do Penelope and Philip/Phillip. (ducks and covers)

Bella, Edward and Jacob!
I like the subtle approach...never would have seen the connection. And your quad names remind me of this lol picture...

I agree with everyone. Heaven and Nevaeh is terrible. I also saw Aidan and Nadia on the SSA list (Nadia is Aidan spelled backwards).
I knew an Amelia and Cecelia. Like the PPs said, anything that rhymes or is too matchy is just bad.

Nevaeh and Lleh
IRL- I went to school with twins with rhyming names. I never did get that. Misty and Kristy, Brandy and Randy, Jeff and Steph, Landon and Brandon.
This is pretty bad. It's on the SSA top twin names for girls!

DD 8/28/2014
DD 5/24/2016, stillborn at 40 weeks
My imaginary girl/boy twins are named Portia and Bentley.
Girl/Girl twins would be Nelle and Ellen unless born at Christmas time then they'd be Noelle and Christine
Boy/Boy would be Bruce and Brock

I also agree with pp of Neveah and Heaven for twins.
If I had twins I would not give them "matchy" or "cutsey" names. I would just name them after names I liked.
LOL, that is funny.
My younger sister once considered Crimson and Clover for twins. Thank goodness she had a single boy.
In high school I knew twin girls named Heather and Leather.

I love the name Georgia for a girl. DH HATES it!
So i JOKE and say if we have triplet girls I will name them Georgia, Virginia, and Carolina.
