This actually works!

Tired of restful, uncomfortable nights? Well try what I did. It actually works. I used 4 pillows last night while sleeping. One under the head, One between the legs, One behind the back and the Last under the stomach. U must be on ur side though and even though u roll a lot at nights, the pillow behind u will support u. Try it guys... :)

  • I've been doing that.  It helps my hip pain, but my shoulders hurt incredibly bad from laying on one side for too long.  I don't know if there's any way around that. I wake up to roll over and readjust the pillows about once an hour.

  • I swear by my pregnancy pillow.  Same idea, just one big U-shaped pillow.

    Same here, I have a "Snoogle" Silly name I know, but it was well worth it!
