Fish oil?

Does your DC take it? How often and how much? Do you buy it as a vitamin? Sorry for all the questions, but I was curious when I read the ADHD post below.

We use Lil Critters Gummy Fish Omega-3 vitamins. DD takes 4 a day (2 is the recommended, but we were told we could use 4 for DD, per her ped). We buy them in big bottles at Costco--there are like 200 or so per bottle?

All three of mine take them once a day as a vitamin, two a day.

I started it when they were dx with SPD and aspergers/ppdnos

fish oil is very good for the heart and brain. I take two a day or a total of 2000 mg

I believe that Omega-3s are the key component that is important in fish oil. If you're like me and allergic to shellfish/seafood, there are vegan Omega-3 supplements that get their Omega-3s from seaweed or cranberry seed extract.
