  I didn't vote because i've never had randalls so i can't compare, but we got HEB for DD's and it was really good. ditto on the elite icing. i was also really pleased with the decorating they did.

  Not one of the choices, but do you have a Sam's card?  I LOVE their cakes with buttercream icing.  I always opt for theirs and get compliments. YUM!
