Let me apologize in advance...
I'm not in a great mood right now and I'm sorry, but I am so peeved by all the PIP screw-ups.
THERE IS AN EASY WAY TO PIP!!!
Use tinypic.com
Click Browse and find your pic (and select it).
Click "resize" and drop down to "message board" (can it be any more clear?)
Click upload.
Use the code that says for message boards and C & P it.
Friggin DUH!

I'm also wondering what a full vent is like as opposed to this "slight" one.
On her bio it say's she's a teacher
