How many times have you cut LO while cutting nails

I did once and DH did once tonight while I'm at work of course so I feel horriable. Do you do anything different now ?

    None.

    I've been lucky.  Though I probably should cut them more often.  I pull his skin back from his nail, then I slide the clipper underneath it and clip.

    I try to do it just after he's nursed, then he tends to be sleepier.

    Breaks my heart - I've done it twice.  Bless him.  I don't mean to but he's just so fidgety!!

    dh is too scared to cut his nails.  I have nicked him twice-  2 days ago it was a bad nick (not in terms of hurting him-  it just bled forever)

    i did the first 2 times i tried :(

    after that, i resorted to peeling them off for awhile. then, i got smart and started cutting them while he slept. but i think that was good practice,  b/c today i did it while he was awake and had no problems at all!

    Not yet.  We always do it when DS is sleeping.  He is so relaxed then that I can clip his nails really easily.

    Once,the first time I tried it while he was awake. then I started filing them instead. Did crappy job without clippers and could not catch him sleeping so our daycare lady does it for us now.

    Not once, but I strictly do it while he sleeps or I wouldn't be able, he is very active!!

    Never ::Knock on wood::  I do it when Nathan is sleeping and I flip the clipper upsidedown, for some reason it works better on little nails.
