When do you find time to pump throughout the day? My son grazes the entire day and I really don't feel like I have time to pump. I definitely don't have time to get a stockpile of milk.
Does milk supply increase as time goes on? I can pump early in the morning and get about 4 ounces. Since my son grazes the ENTIRE day (seriously....he rarely naps), when I pump then, I only get about an ounce or two. I'm thinking about waking up in the middle of the night to do it too. I always worry about him not having enough to eat or me not having enough when I pump.
Right now the only time I can pump is after DS goes to bed. I use my other quick breaks to get a shower and to eat. Supply does increase with time as demand goes up as well

Keep in mind that how much you can pump does not necessarily equal how much baby gets when he eats. I am a horrible producer for the pump, so when I go back to work, I pump for the sake of keeping my body on schedule, but I can't keep up with his daytime meals (at least, this was the case with the first two) but they never had trouble getting enough when I was home on vacations or weekends.
Re: Pumping
how much milk do you get?? i'd LOVE to pump only once a day, but i'm afraid i wouldn't get as much.
