How much did your LO weight at 4 months.?? Just curious everyone says that our LO is way to small but the dr is not saying anything about it.. Says she is in the 20th Percentile. So how much is your LO weighing???
A little small, but definitely not abnormal. My LO is 13lbs9oz and 25in. She is 37 for weight. We always get told she is small b/c in-laws are used to her cousin who is 95 for weight.
Babies (like adults) come in all shapes and sizes. Your doctor is likely not concerned because she is growing at a nice rate. Our DD is in the 50th percentile at 14 lbs 5 oz.

As long as your pedi isn't concerned about it, you shouldn't be. If your LO has always been around 20th %tile, it's definitely not a cause for concern. But, say, if she went from 90th %tile at birth to 20th now, that would be different.
My boy was 18.5 lbs and 26.25 inches...97th percentile for weight, 90th for height
I feel a little better when I hear about other big babies... What did your Pedi say??
My baby was 18.5 pounds and 26.5 inches at his 4 month checkup, too. The Ped said it was fine. Some babies are just bigger than others. Meanwhile, my back is killing me already and DS is already in 9-12 month clothing!
Re: 4 months weight?
My big guy was 17.4 2 weeks ago... i would say he is 18 lbs now btw i weighed him on my scale so that is not 100% accurate but it is pretty close,
