I am burnin up the crock pot this week b/c I am in love with the 365 days crockpot blog now. I'm planning to do ribs, apricot chicken, Cooking Light Loaded Baked Potato Soup, Chicken Lettuce Wraps and jambalaya. We'll see what happens. I try to start the week with an idea of what I may cook, but it never goes as planned

I'd be happy to eat at any of your houses anytime. Everybody's got great menus and really creative meals going on. I always have such a hard time figuring out what to have for dinner and it gets so boring and repetitive.
Tonight was supposed to be wiener schnitzel, but I have some celery to use up, so I'm making beef stew with polenta dumplings and chocolate peanut butter pudding instead.
Tuesday: Spaghetti aglio olio, broccoli and cauliflower, garlic bread, apple cup pies.
