We went to an evening football party last night. My DH was the designated driver and care giver so I could have an evening of fun.

Patron shots and rum are not a great plan. I am in some pain today.

Water, water, water.... Even if it sounds gross, you have to drink it. Also greasy protein, that will help as well.

Ok, so I saw this on Dr. Oz today, ha ha. I don't really drink, but -

He said lots of water and aspirin. DH said he used to drink a beer in the morning, but I can't see how that would help!
