Doc wants to see me. 3:45 PM appt today

They finally called back - going in to see them in a bit. I'm so nervous and scared that this could be bad. I need to relax!! I have had bad back pain for 24 hours and am crampy. I'm spotting but am hoping that is from the transvag u/s I had on Friday. If you have any thoughts to spare, I'd appreciate them!!!
