1st u/s today! Pic in siggy!

Hey all, we had our first u/s today finally!!! The moment the baby popped up I cried! It was asleep and she poked it and then it stretched and bounced around and waved its arms and legs! I can't stop smiling, she said all the measurements are perfect, HB 144. It's so amazing to finally see my LO in there. For the past 2 months I've been making myself sick worrying first about m/c, and more recently about the baby not having arms or something like that. I don't have the words to describe what it felt like!!!

Wow you can really make out him/her usually when I look at friends early u/s all i see is a blur. Mine even just looks like a pea-pod but it's early.

What a very sweet post. I myself have no idea yet what my baby looks like. I haven't even heard it either on a doppler. I totally know what you were going through.

its really amazing to go from an u/s at 6 or 7 weeks to the NT scan at 12 weeks--that's when the baby looks like a baby (my 2 looked like grains of rice at wks 6/7 LOL)
