How much rice cereal per 6 oz bottle of formula?

Our pedi ok'd rice cereal at his 4mo appt, he said to just add it to his bottle of formula once or twice a day for now.  I assumed the can would indicate what amounts to add, but the one I bought doesn't.  He's eating 6 oz of formula right now -- how much rice cereal should I add to the bottle?

    I use 1 tsp per 2 oz - so I would say about 3 tsps. That is what our pedi suggested to us.

    I have always heard 1 tsp per 2 oz, but our pedi said on Friday to try 1 tsp per oz (!!) for his reflux.
