What iron supplement do you take?

I take Repliva but for some reason my pharmacy is having trouble getting it. ?I like that Repliva doesn't make you as constipated as others because it has a softner in it. ?What do you take, how many mg, and does it make you not as constipated as straight up iron only pills?

My OB just had me take 1 tablet a day of SlowFe (each tablet has 47.5mg), which is over the counter. I didn't have any problems with it.

Slow Fe makes me horribly constipated

I'm on Tandem, I don't think it has a softner in it, but my PNV has one and I haven't had a problem.

I took slow Fe. My PNV had stool softener, too.
