So Confused???

My LMP was 3/13 and according to my ovulation kit i ovulated on 3/31. I got a positive HPT on 4/15. I started cramping severely on Fri. 4/24 and lightly spotting when i went pee, I went to the ER on Fri. and the doc said that my blookwork and urine samples said that i was pregnant but that my ultrasound did not. My Hcg levels were only 340 on friday, my cramping got consistently worse today so i went to my doc and she did more bloodwork which we will have the results on tomorrow but the ultrasound she did didn't show anything either, she said it could just be too early to tell but i don't anyone else whose ultrasound didnt show anything at this stage, has anyone else had a similar situation? Please Help!!!

    I'm so sorry all of this is happening  :(

    If the ultrasounds were done vaginally, I believe you should be able to see at least a yolk sac at 6 weeks.  But fingers crossed the blood work comes back with some good news tomorrow  :)

    Thankyou, I've been looking at a few charts online and apparently my numbers aren't the lowest they could be so maybe thats a good sign...*fingers crossed*

    I just want to say that I had an u/s done at the ER during the beginning of week 6 and was told that there was no fetus. Waited a few days, and had another u/s and they found my baby and the heartbeat. Everything has been fine ever since!

    ER docs aren't the best to listen to as far as information about miscarrying, etc. They aren't specialists as OB's are... so keep your hopes up!

    Feb 2009: 200mg Clomid = BFP! on March 20, 2009 - It's a BOY!

    Feb 2010: Start TTC again, the old fashioned way
    Mar - June 2011: Clomid 100mg
    July 2011: Unmedicated cycle = BFP! on August 29th, 2011
    Nov 6th 2011: m/c due to subchorionic hematoma
    Dec 2011: Start TTC again, unmedicated
    February 12th, 2012: BFP! EDD 10/23/12
    Mar 12th 2012: diagnosed as blighted ovum

    UPDATE***

    Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the support and prayers, it did turn out to be a miscarriage. The doctor called it a chemical pregnancy and said that basically everything but the fetus was developing sohopefully we will be able to try again soon?

    I think i'm in the same place you are. I just found out this weekened that i was pregant. I had just gotton off clomid the month before because of bad side effects (first day of m/s was 3/23) so when i missed my period, I decided to check. I got 3 positive results. I happen to have an apointment with my doctor that monday to see what else we could do to get pregnant and was so exicted to tell him I already was. I went in for my appointment and they did an u/s but they didn't see anything. He said it might be too early to see anything. I have had two miscarriages back to back so of course i'm worried. The doctor wants me to come in today to get my blood drawn to make sure my hcg levels are going up. I'm so nervous. I hope everything is ok. At least i'm not the only one whose doctor didn't see anything on the u/s so maybe were ok. I'm going to try and stay postive.

    the one thing you have to remember is atleast you know you can idk how long you were on the clomid but i was on for 2 months and so after my next period we're just going to do the 100mg clomid for 5 days and it should work again but without the side effects...hopefully this one will work out for you, mine turned out to be a chemical pregnancy so hopefully the next one will be good!
