I am going to create a playlist with songs to ease my mind while I curl up ito fetal postion to deal with the contractions. My friend said this worked wonders for her! What songs are you planning on uploading?
I told my husband to make me a playlist with Rage Against the Machine, Led Zeppelin, and Jay-Z.? Forget relaxing, I need to get my game face on!
?
Lol... that's exactly why a lot on my list was not slow/soft music either... I found that for the times I just wanted to catch a nap, the slow stuff was good but when it was all business I found the louder/faster stuff much more helpful?
My oldest son (who will be 18 on 5/2) is in charge. He is loading it up for me....He and I are pretty close so I trust that it will all be great stuff.
Deliver Me by Robert Randolph and the Family Band lol. But seriously probably them because it's good motivation music, and just a mix of stuff already on my ipod.

No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
i got a relaxing cd at target the other day...its called sedona spa (in with the nature sounds cds)...they play it at the place I get my eye brows waxed and I figure if I can find that enjoyable maybe it will help calm me during labor too!
Re: Are you using your IPOD at the hosptial? If so, what songs?
I did. I strapped it to the side of the bed.
?
It was just a list of my favorite songs.... I had a bit of everything, from KennyG to Eminem and also some of my fave baby music?
Im still trying to come up with songs/artists for my playlist. But every time I sit down and try to think about it I go blank.
So far I was thinking Jack Johnson, Bob Marley, Rascal Flatts, Jason Mraz...calm stuff like that.
