Is it ok for a baby to snore?

I'm listening to DS snoring over the monitor right now. I'm pretty sure he doesn't have a cold. He does this every now and then - is it something to be worried about or am I just being paranoid?

DD snores sometimes. I have heard other babies REALLY snore. I think its normal.

It's perfectly normal for babies to snore. Their tounge causes a partial airway obstruction because it is so large in comparisson to the rest of their mouth. As adults the same thing happens, but usually for other reasons.
