Welcome to the September Sweet Peas daily check-in! This is a group for women who are due in September 2009. To be added to the list, please reply to this post with your name, age, and EDD. You may also let me know if your age or EDD has changed! I will update the list at least 3 times a week. Please be patient and your name will be added.
As you find out what the sex of your baby is, please let me know (by posting it in your reply to this check-in or PMing me) so we can keep track of the number of boys, girls, and surprises! Please let us know if you are having multiples. We will keep track of that as well.

We will have a Question Of The Day (QOTD) each day. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for the question of the day. Please PM them to me. I am running out of ideas, so I would love your suggestions! Also, feel free to have conversations outside of the question of the day! This is what we are here for J and Em

QOTD: I'm pretty much just taking it one milestone at a time. Even though obviously I cant wait for the baby to just get here, right now I am excited about the morning sickness laying off a little bit and my first appt on 2/13!
Hi Ladies! I am actually feeling good this week AND believe it or not I think I might be getting that "glow" finally. All those awful pimples that plauged the first 8 weeks seem to have disappeared (thank god!). I have a baby shower on Sunday and I made my first diaper cake last night! It came out sooo cute and I am so excited to give it to my friend
QOTD: I am most looking forward to 3 things: getting a baby bump, finding out the gender, and meeting my little bean in Sept!
I am still not sleeping well... waking up sweating and having to get up ad open a window i the middle of the night and freezing hubby, waking to pee around 2am (I?normally?never have to do that!) then having a hard time falling back alseep cause I am a light sleeper... sooooo tired all the time now!
Got another 2 weeks before my first appointment... so excited for that!

Currently I am most looking forward to finally hearing/seeing the heartbeat next week!
I am also really looking forward to the "big" u/s at 20 wks... to feeling the baby move for the first time... and of course to taking the baby home!

I'm looking forward to everybody knowing! We've been telling family and close friends over the past couple of weeks, but it will be such a relief to not have to carefully choose my words all the time. I'm also looking forward to bump instead of bloat!
I'm NOT looking forward to the inevitable stomach-touching that I've been told will happen. I'm not much of a toucher unless it's a person I'm pretty close to, so that part won't be too fun.
