I just started and I'm on day 3 in a row. ?I absolutely love it!! ?It's a little cheesy at times but aren't all exercise videos?? ?I feel better and I have big hopes that I will lose weight and get in great shape. ?Good luck and enjoy! ?Let me know how it works out for you!
