My DD is four months. For the past several weeks, breastfeeding at bedtime has been a complete battle. She will not latch on properly, thrashes around, and gets frustrated. She ends up not eating. It is like the milk will not come fast enough for her. However, I can hand express some, so I know it is coming out. I have tried switch nursing to see if that will help, but it doesn't. We usually end up battling for about 15 minutes before I finally give up. I would say it is part of the 4 month wakeful, but this has been happening for a couple of weeks now.
I had a problem with supply with my DS at about this age, and I am worried it is happening again. Any experiences with this, or suggestions?
