There was a lot of anxiety and worry but overall Baby Boots is just fine!
He weighs 8 oz and we changed my due date to 12/22 (just one day later than what I had based on my O date, but 4 days later than what they had based on my LMP which is a bit spurious). I had to argue to get the change made but it's worth it to me because they want to do a c-section before 37 weeks so it means 4 more days for Baby Boots to bake in there.
He wasn't super active (maybe because I hadn't eaten breakfast) but we got to see him suckling, moving his arms up by his face and kicking his legs out straight to stretch out so that was neat.
Mr. Boots got teary-eyed a bit, I was too nervous to really get that emotional sadly.
The funniest part was when she got the money shot to confirm the sex, I will spare you that one but the tech's comments were along the lines of 'oh yes, DEFINITELY a boy, no doubt about that!'. Mr. Boots is pretty proud of that picture.
And without further ado - here he is! He has his Mom's nose (thank goodness!)
Thanks everyone for your support when my PGAL brain was going crazy!
