Which is your biggest meal of the day?
Mine seems to be lunch.
Breakfast or dinner.
I am usually about 400-500 calories for breakfast, but if you look at MFP diary I use creamer and sugar in my coffee, so that adds up to a lot. I usually eat about 300 calories on top of that.
Dinner is about 500.
Dinner. We sit down and eat that together. Breakfast is usually very late and fairly substantial, lunch is small if it happens at all, but we always have a good dinner together as a family.
I usually do healthy snacks throughout the day, too, which is why lunch is small if it happens. I keep fruits and veggies and eat those all day long.
