  • Went for another walk yesterday. My feet are in hard shape right now, covered in blisters and I keep rolling my left ankle. Still hoping to get out today. 

    Gained a lb after that horrible week at the wedding festivities. Actually, I'm just glad it wasn't more!

  • DH has not been home from work ONCE this week for me to get anything done. And the run won't happen tomorrow either since we start demo on our sunroom. But I guess that could count as a workout.

  • I lost a pound and steam cleaned my house, so I count that as a workout.
  • I think I lost that pound I had gained. Two good days PF and also another walk and another day of H2O. All in all, a vast improvement from earlier this week. Just got to keep it up!
