Anyone else experience this?

This m/c has been much different than my last one back in March (which I know if possible). My levels have thankfully starting falling on their own where as they were stalled for almost 2 weeks. I have also been bleeding for almost 2 weeks and my stomach has been really hard feeling, but not crampy. I have a sonogram this afternoon to see why my levels were stalled and also why I have been bleeding for so long. Hopefully we can get some answers.
