I really struggled with supply issues while BFing my first two girls. I've been visiting this board to try to get ideas to help me out this time around, and have found a few food or drink ideas that I'd never heard of, like Gatorade! I figure plenty of BFing mamas have that one super food or drink that really helped them out, so I'm compiling a list!
