Nope, It shouldnt be an issue. I have one, thats about 2 cm. I never knew I had it until my last pregnancy. Its still there now. It can, at times, cause you to have more painful menstrual cramping (thats usually a womans only symptom, which I had). My doc's just take a peek at it at every US, and said as long as its not getting super large, they will never address it.
