So I know that exercise is a great idea while pregnant, and my job is very physical with lots of walking and climbing and all that stuff. Unfortunately, I'm no longer working, due to some of the other hazards of my occupation, industrial oil treatment.
I'm 24w 3d and have been off for almost 3 weeks now. I've been trying to stay active, walking dogs, house and yardwork as well as completely gutting and organizing every closet in my house, haha. Now I find I'm running out of things to get my butt off the couch!!
A family member was getting rid of a super fancy elliptical trainer, so I told him I would love to have it.
I'm just wondering how much is too much? If I used the elliptical for an hour or two a day, would that be ok? Maybe I shouldn't use the higher settings or whatever? I just don't want to push it.. But I want to try to stay in shape the best I can!
